Mr. Martin I. Izuakor serves as the Coordinator of the ICT Unit. A seasoned IT professional with expertise in telecommunication engineering, Computer hardware engineering, Network Security and forensic professional, Systems engineering, network administration, server analyst, ICT in Education, Electronics Teaching, e-learning , LMS, online collaboration, digital media (OBS), desktop applications, Website administration and content management, electrical installations, IP surveillance system, Solar systems and Inverters, digital transformation and Innovations. He plays a pivotal role in driving technological advancement within the institution.
Under his leadership, the ICT Unit has witnessed significant upgrades in digital infrastructure, software integration, and user support systems. His commitment to innovation and efficient service delivery continues to enhance administrative operations and academic support through technology.

The ICT unit is responsible for the comprehensive management of all ICT facilities within the university, including:
- IT Devices: Management of computers, laptops, and other digital devices.
- Computer Hardware and Software: Procurement, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Network Infrastructure: Design, implementation, and maintenance of the university's network.
- University Website and Portal Services: Development, maintenance, and security of the university's digital platforms.
- ICT Buildings: Management and maintenance of ICT-related infrastructure.
The unit's responsibilities extend to:
- Procurement and Installation: Acquiring and setting up new ICT equipment and systems.

Establishment and Objectives
Established in April 2008, the ICT unit was created with the following key objectives:
